A few weeks ago René Schulte was looking for worldwide Windows Phone related sites to tip about localized version of his awesome Pictures Lab app. We’ve discussed that it would be cool if a catalog of such sites existed and I suggested that AdDuplex could create and maintain such a site, if René wasn’t interested in doing it himself. He agreed that we should do it and passed us his list (as well as blogged about it). And I’m sure his time is better spent creating awesome Windows Phone apps.

At the same time Paulius Norkus has joined AdDuplex team and while he was familiarizing himself with our code, architecture, etc. I thought it would be a good idea if he worked on this project in the mean time. So, he did and I’m happy to introduce the result – WindowsPhoneSites.com

The site is pretty raw at the moment and we need your help seeding the database. We will [slowly] do it ourselves, but you can help us speed up the process. Especially in non English, Lithuanian or Russian languages. So if you know a cool Windows Phone related site that is not listed, please, do not hesitate to suggest it.

The site could be used to find all sites in a particular language and tip them about your localized app. Here’s a list of Russian sites. Or you can find all forums in Germany. Or podcasts in English. Etc.
